Finley & Bologna International has many years of experience in working overseas and within the U.S.  Mr. Finley studied International and European Law at Detroit College of Law, London Law Program at Regents College in London, England.  European Community Law at the European Law Institute of the Free University in Brussels, Belgium. International Business Transactions at the Institute for European Studies in Vienna, Austria, and an International Law internship at The United Nations Complex, UN City, Vienna, Austria. Practical Legal Training in 1987 in London, England, U.K., and in Brussels, Belgium, working with two International Law Firms in Europe that concentrate in International and European Law and Commercial Trade arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris, after which he began his International Practice in Palm Beach County.

Board Certified by the Florida Bar as an International Lawyer, Mr. Finley specializes in advising Clients in International Business transactions, International Agreements for agency representation and distribution for Imports and Exports, International Corporate transactions, Trade and International customs matter

Born in Italy, Ms. Bologna received her U.S. and Florida Juris Doctor Degree in 1997 and a Master in Comparative Law (L.L.M.) in 1994 at the University of Miami School of Law, and her Italian Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1991.

Ms. Bologna has focused her law practice on International Commercial transactions presenting major Italian and other foreign Corporations and Individuals doing business throughout the United States, South America and the Caribbean. She practices in the areas of International Business and Contracts, Real Estate, Intellectual Property Rights, Immigration and Corporate Law, including Offshore Corporations. Ms. Bologna’s fluency in Italian is a valuable asset to her team, facilitating communication with inbound businesses seeking representation in the areas of Contracts, Corporations, Intellectual Property, Real Estate and immigration.

Ms. Bologna advises International Clients on the entire range of Commercial Contracts and Agreements from import-Export arrangements to Production and Distribution Agreements.
